The business was started in 1967 to specify, design, install and maintain Commercial Air Conditioning, Industrial Process and Commercial Refrigeration

The company operates from its own premised near the centre of Birmingham with 11,000 sq ft of offices and workshops giving good facilities for the refurbishing and building of air conditioning units up to 2000 KW.

Braywhite is experienced in all types of Commercial Air Conditioning, Commercial Refrigeration and in the application and installation of large chillers, splits and VRV either in conjunction with remote air cooled condensers or packaged units. Also the environmental control of computer rooms.

The company also designs, supplies and installs temperature control equipment for cooling and can, depending on need, heat offices, work areas and shops from a single unit to a multi unit installation using Variable Volume (VRV). Computer aided design is used to facilitate integration of drawings with mechanical service consultants, architects and end users.

The air conditioning service and maintenace department offer to service your air conditioning equipment supplied by the company or others on a contract or call out basis.

Design and contracting is carried out by our own engineering staff and installation, commissioning, air conditioning service and maintenance by our specialist engineers.

Great emphasis is placed on the training of staff to ensure that the engineers have the necessary skills, qualifications and all hold skill cards accredited to the Heating Ventilating Contractors (HVCA).
